LLP Conversion

Shepherd and Wedderburn announces its conversion to LLP status on 6 November 2006 which has been planned and trailed for some months.

Patrick Andrews, Chief Executive said: "Whilst in many respects it will be business as usual it is an important milestone for the Firm not least because it brings both the English and Scottish business together into one entity.  The move to convert to LLP has been well received by our clients and will underpin the further development and growth of the business."
