Shepherd and Wedderburn appoints Finance Director

Leading law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn has announced the appointment of Keith Wilson as its new finance director.

An experienced finance professional and CA, Keith (45) has held several senior positions with a number of blue chip companies, including Price Waterhouse, Diageo (formerly United Distillers) and Scottish Equitable/Aegon UK where he was latterly director of finance for Aegon UK.

Patrick Andrews, chief executive at Shepherd and Wedderburn, said: "With a proven track record of sound financial management with some of the UK's most successful companies, Keith brings invaluable experience from the commercial sector. His appointment is in line with our aspirations for growing our business and we are really excited about the contribution which he will make."
