George specialises in corporate finance, heading up our Glasgow team, and focussing mainly on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and group reorganisations/restructurings, as well as general mainstream corporate advisory work including corporate governance issues. His team also advises regularly on investment and funding arrangements in early stage and growth companies, both for investors and investees. His client list includes both private and public sector, with significant recent experience advising in the energy (particularly renewables), telecoms, life science, waste and food and drink sectors. A well-known name in West of Scotland corporate circles, George is client-focused, very commercial and has a reputation for "getting the job done".
