Iain is a highly regarded litigator in the field of construction, engineering and PFI disputes and is rated by clients for his hands-on approach to complex cases. He is an active solicitor-advocate, appearing regularly in the Court of Session, with a number of reported decisions to his name. He also has a large adjudication practice and regularly acts as legal advisor to adjudicators and also to arbitrators. Iain is an accredited specialist in construction law and a member of the Law Society of Scotland's panel of adjudicators.
