Stephen primarily focuses on the renewables, property, drinks and leisure industries. He advises a variety of UK and overseas clients on corporate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and reorganisations, and leads the corporate side of the firm's Renewables Group. He has recently advised on a very large multi party international joint venture in the renewables field and acted for the bidding consortium on a successful bid for a Zone in Round 3 of the Crown Estate's offshore wind programme. Chambers 2010 describes him as “an absolutely excellent adviser who always talks common sense.”
