Robert has extensive experience in domestic and cross border public and private M+A, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, private equity and equity capital markets, reorganisations and restructurings. His clients include listed and non listed corporates and investment companies operating across a range of sectors including life sciences, clean energy/carbon, financial services, property and technology, often with overseas interests. He also acts for investment banks and fund managers and has worked on IPO's, secondary offerings and privatisations.
