James has been a partner with the firm for over 20 years and has held a number of senior management positions including serving several terms on the partnership board. As Chairman, James is instrumental in driving the firm's strategy in conjunction with the partnership board. James continues to be an active partner in the firm's corporate team advising a wide range of clients on corporate law, listed securities, fundings, mergers and acquisitions and major start-ups. James has advised on significant listed security work including acting for both the company and the sponsor in flotations as well as secondary issues and other Stock Exchange transactions.
