Danny is a corporate partner based in our Edinburgh office and is head of the firm's Food, Drink and Leisure group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity, and his diverse client base ranges from small owner-managed businesses to FTSE100 companies. Danny is heavily involved in the renewables sector, particularly onshore windfarms.
