Walter is a corporate finance partner based in London. His clients include public and private companies as well as a number of investment banks. On the equity capital markets side, he has worked on IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A transactions involving companies with operations in the UK, mainland Europe, Africa, North America and Russia. His ECM practice is balanced between LSE main market and AIM work. Walter works with clients across a range of industry sectors including, in particular, companies in the mining/resources and pharma/life sciences sectors.
