Patrick specialises in banking, property finance, structured finance, project finance (including PPP and renewables) and equity and debt capital markets. Patrick's clients include a number of commercial and investment banks as well as corporate businesses. Having advised both lenders and borrowers, Patrick has a wide experience of the issues faced by different parties to transactions and his international experience means he is used to dealing with issues in bringing cross-border transactions to completion.
