Head of Corporate, Andrew advises a range of listed and private companies on corporate matters including restructuring, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals. His clients reflect his focus on the real estate, financial services, transport and waste sectors. Having spent a period as commercial director of a client, Andrew brings valuable insight from a business perspective. His recent work includes several acquisitions of distressed property groups, a contested public takeover and the restructuring of a high street retailer.
