Phil is a corporate partner based in London and a member of our restructuring and insolvency group. He advises UK and overseas clients on corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity finance and general corporate advice. He also advises leading banks, insolvency practictioners and corporate clients on corporate restructuring and non contentious insolvency. Phil has experience in a wide range of industries and a particular interest in the food, drink and leisure and real estate sectors.
