Fiona joined Shepherd and Wedderburn in 2006 and is a partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency Group. She is dual qualified in Scots and English law. She specialises in advising on corporate insolvency matters, corporate and financial restructuring, directors' duties and security issues. One of her key skills is providing advice on cross border and multi-jurisdictional matters. Fiona's recent work includes acting for lenders on distressed connections and advising on possible restructuring options.
