Our lawyers provide a full commercial service including advice in relation to: procurement and selection; bid support; negotiating; planning matters; funders due diligence; and ongoing contract management.

Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (Nord/LB)

Advised on all aspects (including projects, property, procurement, construction, facilities management and finance) of the Jedburgh Intergenerational Community Campus project.

South Ayrshire Council

Advised on the refurbishment and redevelopment of the former Ayr Academy site in Ayr town centre under a DBDA contract.

The City of Edinburgh Council

Advised on one of the UK’s biggest regeneration projects at St James Quarter, one of Edinburgh’s largest shopping and leisure destinations. A regeneration project aimed at providing investment of £60 million in public infrastructure, including the development of a new 850,000 sq ft retail space, a luxury hotel, 150 new homes, 30 restaurants and a multi-screen cinema.

Acciona Industrial S.A

Advised Acciona Industrial S.A, the preferred bidder for a 25-year contract to design, build and operate an ‘energy from waste’ plant in Aberdeen being procured by Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and Moray Councils.

Ayr Environmental Services Ltd and Caledonian Environmental Services plc

Advised the project company in connection with a Sampling Contract and Necessary Change to the Project Documentation for the Meadowhead and Levenmouth waste treatment PFI projects.

West Lothian Council

Advised the Council on its City Region Deal Project, securing Scottish Government support on schools required for a new 3,500 housing development in the Winchburgh area.
