Have a Complicated Holiday!
The law relating to holidays has become ever more complicated. This seminar will break down the recent case law into digestible bites and will look at practical examples of dealing with employees who are on sick leave or statutory leave. It will also look at how the legal position may differ as between public and private sector employees.
Please note that this event is being run in conjunction with Central London CIPD. Non-CIPD members are welcome to attend by prior arrangement.
