Mediation - have you heard?
With Employment Tribunals now taking the initiative and offering "judicial mediation", it seems that this form of alternative dispute resolution may become more widespread. This seminar will look at how mediations work, what cases are suitable, and what makes for a successful mediation. It will help HR professionals make decisions about which disputes to mediate and give them an insight into different forms of mediation and the way in which mediation differs from litigation.
This event is being run in conjunction with Central London CIPD. Non-CIPD members are welcome to attend by prior arrangement.
