- Acting on behalf of Taylor Wimpey on a number of major site acquisitions in Scotland including sites at Newton Farm, Cambuslang; Overton, Falkirk; and the former Leyland Truck Factory in Bathgate.
- Acting on behalf of Miller Homes (West of Scotland) Limited in all of their site acquisitions in the west of Scotland.
- Representing Mactaggart and Mickel at the North and South Ayrshire and Falkirk Local Plan inquires.
- Advising Gladedale Capital in the development of Quartermile at the former Royal Infirmary Site in Edinburgh.
- Representing a consortium of developers in relation to Stirling's Major Growth Area.
- Representing Cala Homes (East) in a re-called appeal in Dalgety Bay, Fife.
- Advising BAe Systems on the redevelopment of Bishopton Royal Ordnance Factory to form a Community Growth Area of over 2,500 homes.
- Advising funders including RBS, Lloyds and Clydesdale Banks on major residential development projects.
- Acting for administrators in the sale of development sites and plot sales, including sites at Inverkip and Granton Harbour.
- Establishing bespoke plot sales management systems for a number of national builders.
- Acting on behalf of landowners and developers in the negotiation of strategic options.
- Advising joint venture partners on site acquisitions and profit share arrangements.
