In it she describes some of the challenges faced by counsel litigating in international arbitration disputes, an arena which can be fraught with the difficulties of identifying the correct rules governing acceptable ethical conduct. 

Jane and her co-author, Gordon McAllister, propose some new ideas on how to bring more certainty to the rules and regulation governing this area.
