Ashley specialises in IP and ICT law and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our firm’s trade mark practice. Working with clients throughout the UK and internationally, Ashley has substantial experience of drafting and negotiating ICT contracts of all kinds and advising on the creation, protection and exploitation of IP in a number of different sectors. Her experience includes advising on the technology and data issues arising in the fintech sector.
Ashley is also involved with the firm’s specialist data protection and information management practice.
