Emma is an Associate in the private wealth and tax and charities teams.
Emma advises clients on all aspects of private wealth and tax work, including in the preparation of wills, trusts and Powers of Attorney, as well as tax and estate planning. She has experience in the administration of a variety of estates, having a particular interest in cases with an international element.
Emma also advises clients in relation to Power of Attorney administration, adults with incapacity and Guardianships.
Emma is full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), is dual qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales and is a Foreign & Commonwealth Office-registered notary public.
