Specialising in energy construction and public procurement law, Euan advises clients on the construction and operation of energy, infrastructure and procurement projects, including advising on Turbine Supply Agreements, EPC Contracts, Balance of Plant Contracts, Minor Works Contracts and Service and Maintenance Agreements. Euan’s experience reaches across many sectors, including onshore wind, offshore wind, EV charging, battery storage, solar PV, transmission and distribution energy infrastructure and energy from waste projects, as well as advising on housing, defence, waste, transport, health and education infrastructure projects. Euan also has extensive experience of advising clients on public procurement and utilities procurement law, and regularly advises clients on optimising procurement solutions and documentation.
