John is a Senior Associate in our real estate team who works with a broad range of clients in the commercial property and clean energy sectors.
John acts for both landlords and tenants in the office and retail sectors and has considerable experience in acquisitions, disposals and real estate finance, as well as more typical landlord and tenant work. In addition, he has worked with multiple renewables developers and has established long-standing relationships with clients in the onshore wind and offshore wind industry. John has also acted for landowners in relation to clean energy projects and understands the key commercial and legal considerations at play on both sides.
John has been commended by clients for delivering advice and choices as opposed to simply providing information and highlighting risks.
