Katy is a Senior Associate in the banking and finance team, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2012. She acts for banks, funds, developers and corporates on a wide range of lending transactions.
Katy's UK-wide practice focuses on real estate finance (including investment and development finance), project finance and corporate and commercial banking.
In addition, she regularly advises on the financing and security aspects of both corporate finance and pensions matters.
Katy has spent six months on client secondment with a major European energy company, providing legal support to the business on various matters. She also provides legal advice to start-ups on the Climate-KIC programme at the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation, based at the University of Edinburgh.
