Rod is a Partner in the banking and finance team. He specialises in commercial and corporate finance, acting in Scotland for corporate borrowers, lenders and funds. He has wide experience in cross-border property and corporate finance deals, with particular expertise in residential, commercial mortgage and trade receivables-backed securitisation.
Rod also regularly advises on leveraged funds finance structures involving Scottish limited partnership vehicles and has recently acted for JPMorgan, RBS, Lloyds, Co-operative Bank and Charter Court on cross-border finance deals.
