As a member of the non-contentious construction team, Alistair acts for a wide variety of clients including funders, developers and public and third sector organisations.
Alistair has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on procurement, construction and projects. He also assists clients in relation to contractual frameworks for works and services, and has particular expertise in relation to construction contracts and sub-contracts; consultant appointment documentation; collateral warranties; and performance securities, such as performance bonds, retention bonds and parent company guarantees.
Alistair is experienced in drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts for large-scale public works on behalf of funders and project companies, and has particular experience in the use of framework agreements for the procurement of construction and services.
