Ashley is a member of the regulation and markets team. She advises clients on UK and EU competition law, merger control, state aid, and public law. Ashley has a particular focus on regulated sectors in the UK (such as energy and utilities).
Ashley also has experience advising clients in respect of judicial review challenges and contentious matters more generally.
