Keith is a Partner in the private wealth and tax team. Keith divides his time between the Edinburgh and Glasgow Offices but also has a client base in the Aberdeen area.
Keith advises individuals, families and trusts in relation to succession planning, asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation, executries (probate), incapacity and charities. He has extensive experience in administering complex and large executries, often with an international dimension. Much of Keith's time is spent working with high-net-worth families and individuals. He is a well-known, respected and trusted personal advisor in Scotland. Keith often works with other professional advisors to provide a collaborative approach to clients.
Keith is a Notary Public registered with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
He is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and is also a charitable trustee.
