Nicole works in the non-contentious construction team and has experience in advising a wide range of public and private sector clients in relation to development projects throughout the UK. She has experience across many sectors including leisure, energy, housing and infrastructure projects.
Nicole drafts and negotiates both standard form industry contracts (such as JCT, SBCC and NEC) and bespoke contracts as well as Consultant Appointments, Collateral Warranties and other ancillary documents.
