Susie is a Senior Associate in the private wealth and tax team, based in our Glasgow office. She advises individuals and families on a broad range of personal legal matters, specialising in estate planning and the creation and administration of trusts.
Susie has extensive experience in managing estates on death, with an emphasis on complex, high-net-worth estates, and has a particular interest in complex inheritance tax matters and contentious executries.
As well as drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, Susie also has considerable experience in advising family businesses on succession issues and has a keen interest in charity law. She is a Notary Public, a fully-qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, and a member of the STEP Scotland branch committee.
