We understand the need to engage fully with the wider development team to ensure seamless service and to make full use of our own project management skills to help keep development proposals on track.

Drawing on our expert teams across the firm, we advise private and public sector clients on SPVs, joint ventures, partnerships, acquisition, land assembly, development agreements, development finance, construction contracts, appointments and warranties, management and disposal.

Edinburgh Quartermile - Gladedale Capital Ventures

Acted for the Developer on the large scale multi use redevelopment of the former Edinburgh Royal Infirmary site, including extensive residential development/refurbishment, office development, hotel development and ancillary retail leisure etc.

Edinburgh Park - New Edinburgh

Acted for the Developer of Scotland's premier out of town business office park in respect of all matters, including over one million square feet of office development along with hotels, leisure and infrastructure, including a new railway station.

Residential Development - Various

Acted for a number of household name residential developers such as Taylor Wimpey and Miller Homes on a multitude of residential development schemes. Active in the sector for over 20 years and a 'cradle to grave' service from site acquisition through to plot sales of up to and beyond 1,000 units per annum.

Glasgow Fort and Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh - British Land/Hercules Unit Trust

Acted for British Land on the development of two of Scotland's largest out of town retail schemes, with full service on property, planning, construction and all other ancillary services.

Supermarket Developments

Acted for a leading supermarket chain on a plethora of main store and convenience store developments in Scotland, right through from initial risk assessments to site assembly and then through to completion and opening of the new stores.

Bishopton Redevelopment - BAE Property

Regeneration of the former munitions factory to accommodate up to 2,500 residential units, one of the largest brownfield regeneration sites in Europe.

D2 Business Park, Aberdeen - Miller Developments

Acted for the Developer in the acquisition of a 100 acre site close to Aberdeen Airport for over one million square feet of office and industrial development. Subsequent disposal of approximately 40 acres and the consequential involvement in arranging all necessary rights for extensive services and utilities infrastructure to be brought to the development site and ongoing work in relation to development phases of the remaining 60 acres.

Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow - CBRE

Redevelopment of a former office site on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow which has been redeveloped for hotel and retail use.

Windfarm Developments - Various

Acting for the Developers on over 100 windfarm developments throughout the United Kingdom, including all aspects of sites acquisition, access rights, grid connections etc.

Omni Development, Edinburgh - British Land

Acting for the Developer of a major city center redevelopment site for provision of a new cinema complex with ancillary retail and leisure uses.

Edinburgh BioQuarter - Scottish Enterprise

Acting on a major life science development at Little France, Edinburgh to include acquisitions, disposals, planning, infrastructure development, Collaboration and Development Agreements including all work relating to the funding, construction and letting of Building 9.
