Acted for TV Squared on all of its equity financing rounds, from seed through Series C.
We also acted on the eventual sale of TV Squared to Innovid for $160m, demonstrating our ability to not only act for companies on their growth financing, but also to assist them in scaling and achieving successful exits in the Scottish economy.
DeltaDNA
Acted for DeltaDNA on its equity financings and eventual sale to Unity Software.
FanDuel
Acted for FanDuel, Scotland's first tech unicorn, on all of its equity and debt financings. This included:
- its oversubscribed US$70 million Series D investment round (led by Shamrock Capital and NBC Sports);
- its oversubscribed USD$270m Series E investment round (led by KKR, Shamrock, Google, Time Warner and others); and
- on the ultimate sale of the company to PaddyPowerBetfair plc (now Flutter).
Two Big Ears
Acted for Scottish-based spatial audio developer Two Big Ears on its angel financing rounds and the ultimate sale of the company to Facebook.
DI4D
Acted for leading facial performance capture specialist DI4D on its start-up and growth financings.
TestCard
Acted for TestCard, a multi-award-winning medical technology business with a groundbreaking at-home diagnostic test kit and mobile application. We acted in its various investment rounds, including its most recent £4.5 million EIS equity round.
Graphy
Acted for data collaboration platform Graphy on its seed and Series A financing rounds led by significant European and US funds.
